I would like to be collected earlier than my Booking?

If Freedom is available, this would be no problem at all. However, if he has scheduled bookings he’ll need to tend to those first before coming to collect you. Feel free to drop him a Whatsapp or give him a ring as soon as you learn of the change in times.

I cannot get hold of Freedom – is there another number I can call?

We need to add or change a destination en route – is this possible?

This can be done, with a necessary fee change, as long as it does not interfere with other prior bookings for the vehicle.

I would like to Cancel my Booking?

If it’s a booking that falls out of the next 24 hours, drop him a WhatsApp message. However, if your booking if in the immediate future, please give him a ring so he can amend his schedule if need be.

We are not ready to go home yet?

If Freedom is waiting specifically for you a venue, there is an hourly charge of ***. However, if you’re situated locally, please give Freedom a call to organize a new pick up time so he may tend to other customers who need his friendly services in the interim.

My Driver is late?

Payment Methods?

We accept cash, Zapper, (Credit card will be available shortly) and EFT is available for advanced group bookings.

How far in advance can I make my booking?

Anytime! Earlier the booking, the more chance of getting a slot – especially for large parties around big events or longer distances.

What is the easiest way to get in touch with Freedom?

If urgent, please give him a call as hands-free is safest if he’s driving. If it isn’t urgent, please drop him a Whatsapp message or Voice Note and he’ll get back to you as soon as he’s parked.
